The Web3 wallet Holdstation has unveiled its AI agent platform, A(i)gentFi, which focuses on creating, managing, and monetizing AI agents within the ZKsync network.
According to a blog post published on December 12, Holdstation, a DeFi wallet based on ZKsync, announced its intention to enhance the artificial intelligence landscape within the blockchain by launching its AI agent hub, A(i)gentFi, alongside a $2 million grant aimed at accelerating AI innovation in this space.
Holdstation describes A(i)gentFi as a “comprehensive resource on ZKsync for creating and developing AI agents.” These AI agents are autonomous entities capable of performing intricate tasks such as trading, market analysis, and content creation, all without human intervention.
As stated in the blog post, A(i)gentFi intends to become the “central hub for all AI agents.” The platform emphasizes real-world applications like DeFi automation, yield farming, and tokenized ownership of AI.

In contrast to Virtuals.io, which focuses more on gaming and entertainment, A(i)gentFi is dedicated to the development of AI agents. It utilizes DeFi automation to simplify complex processes, implements a fee-sharing mechanism that rewards participants, and offers a system for tokenized AI ownership, allowing users to collectively own AI agents on ZKsync.
To encourage more developers to engage with the AI agent platform, Holdstation is also launching a $2 million grant aimed at supporting developers, DAOs, and creators in developing AI and blockchain initiatives on A(i)gentFi. Holdstation plans to provide technical support including infrastructure, tools, and expert advice, as well as financial assistance in the form of Holdstation’s governance token, HOLD.
AI technology is still emerging in the cryptocurrency domain. An analysis by Syncracy Capital indicates that AI-integrated crypto projects represent only 1% of the total crypto market cap, but this figure is expected to grow substantially, potentially increasing by up to 10x with the expansion of AI platforms like AI Infra.
Recently, AI platform developer KaJ Labs allocated $100 million towards developing advanced AI solutions in the XRP ecosystem. Additionally, blockchain tool developer Tools for Humanity has partnered with AI startup Modulus Labs to enhance security for its layer-2 network, World.
