AWORKINPROGRESS (2.12 Lingfield, nap)
This horse appears poised to shine and uphold an unblemished chasing record. Nick Gifford’s five-year-old made a strong debut by winning at Stratford, following it up with another victory at the same course and distance three weeks ago. With a preference for softer ground, he should handle the 8lb weight rise without difficulty.
KYNTARA (1.15 Newbury, nb)
This horse boasts a notable hurdles record, including a strong second place in the Pertemps Final at Cheltenham last season. He secured second in his sole chasing attempt in 2022, and his front-running approach is well-suited for this smaller field.
TIGHTENOURBELTS (12.50 Ludlow, treble)
This horse showcased excellent jumping to secure victory at Exeter last time out. An increase of 3lbs seems justifiable, and he possesses the stamina to navigate this distance effectively.
CABHFUILFUNGI (2.35 Ludlow, lucky 15)
This horse might challenge commentators but completes our Lucky 15. He has finished as runner-up in his last two outings, and his latest performance seems stronger than the current competition.
