Tommy Fury’s Comeback in Boxing
Tommy Fury is preparing for a return to the boxing scene with Misfits Boxing, although this could potentially complicate a rematch with Jake Paul.
The 2019 Love Island star was slated to face Darren Till, who has now withdrawn from the fight due to fears of sustaining a KICK to the head from the former UFC fighter.
At 32, Till is now set to battle Anthony Taylor, a 35-year-old who has made the transition from MMA to boxing, at Misfits 20 taking place in Manchester.
In the meantime, Fury might still be under contract to fight next for Misfits, the celebrity crossover boxing company co-founded by KSI.
KSI’s manager, Mams Taylor, also a co-founder of Misfits, was queried about Fury’s dedication to boxing on their platform.
Taylor stated to The Mirror: “We’re currently working on it. We’re figuring out the optimal way to ensure everyone is happy with the outcome.”
At just 25, Fury secured a controversial victory over KSI, who is 31, in October 2023.
Nonetheless, he has not re-entered the ring since his withdrawal against Till, although Taylor remains optimistic that Fury will make an upcoming appearance with Misfits.
