Ibrahimovic, serving as a senior advisor for Milan, commented: “When an exceptional player like Walker is available, it’s only natural that interest follows.”
“He is an outstanding talent with a proven track record at both Manchester City and the England national team.”
Last week, City manager Pep Guardiola disclosed that Walker, now 34, is seeking new challenges.
Ibra also emphasized that Walker’s age is not a concern, asserting: “Walker aligns perfectly with our objectives.”
“He is a powerful leader who commands respect among his teammates.”
“We are evaluating our alternatives.”
Andrea Cambiaso has been identified as a potential replacement for Walker.
Moreover, Cambiaso’s club, Juventus, has been associated with Milan’s English center-back Fikayo Tomori.

Despite these developments, Ibrahimovic reaffirmed: “He is still our player, and he feels content at Milan.”
This assertion comes after reports suggested Milan has terminated their interest in Manchester United star Marcus Rashford, who desires a transfer.

The Manchester City standout has accumulated an impressive haul of six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, four League Cups, and one Champions League title since joining the Etihad from Tottenham in 2017.
The full-back has tallied six goals and 23 assists across 319 appearances.
However, the England international has had limited playing time this season with just 18 matches played thus far.
