THE FINAL WORD (3.05 Taunton, nap)
Displays great potential for Paul Nicholls. His hurdling debut at Taunton last time was impressive, finishing third without much urging from Harry Cobden. The introduction of a tongue tie today is noteworthy and could enhance his performance, building on that promising start. He is bred for this distance and is expected to take significant strides forward.
LIARI (4.10 Taunton, nb)
Could secure another victory for Nicholls in the west country. His recent performances have been solid, finishing third at Musselburgh after a commendable effort at Newbury. He likely faced challenges with the 2m4f distance in Scotland, making the shorter distance a prudent choice. Additionally, the handicapper has eased his burden with a 2lb reduction.
ASK ME ANOTHER (2.05 Taunton, treble)
Showed some signs of rust after a nine-month hiatus, finishing second at Huntingdon recently. She is anticipated to improve significantly and can clinch the win here.
MAMDOH (6.30 Wolverhampton, Lucky 15)
Achieved a victory on this course and distance two races ago, and came close again at Southwell just four days earlier. Today, a skilled 7lb claimer is in the saddle, making him a strong contender for our Lucky 15.
